These eco-friendly coatings are permanently bonded, guaranteed not to chip, peel, or flake off, are metal-utensil safe and even metal spatula recommended. Oil is kept to a minimum. Constructed of hard anodized aluminum with Dura-Kote proprietary coatings, they are heat safe to 700°F.
Cooking in LloydPans cookware is similar in technique to cooking in stainless steel cookware. Use a lower heat setting, let your pan heat up before cooking, cook a somewhat longer time and enjoy the results. Dura-Kote cooks hotter than normal pans. Using 50% lower heat will prevent sticking and burning. Experiment with your stovetop. Not induction compatible.
