A hard-working, functional, beautiful and elegant, gleaming-copper fry pan

Turn the most humble dish into an elegant dining experience. From homemade coq au vin to take out, you'll dine in style. By Amoretti Brothers, this fry pan is as beautiful as it is functional. When not in use, hang it by its curvy handle to show off your good taste. Measuring 3" high, 21" wide including handle and a 12.5" diameter,

Hand-forged and tin lined by master coppersmiths, it moves from your stovetop or oven to your tabletop with classic culinary appeal. The outside of gleaming copper reveals an interior lined with tin. It is made of the finest 2mm hand-hammered copper, shaped by hand, then treated to a double layer of tin on the cooking surface.

As with all copper cookware, the fry pan can be used on gas, electric, halogen stovetops, and in the oven. Copper pans are not induction compatible. An excellent conductor of heat, copper allows the ideal temperature to be reached rapidly and to transfer evenly from the bottom of the pan to the sides to cook food properly and evenly.

Tin is in itself a nonstick coating and the tin lining replaces the need for oil. The lining is applied manually using the traditional flame/blotter method. A perfect lining, extremely durable and 100% pure is guaranteed.

A gourmet tool that lasts for generations. Its lifetime warranty against manufacture defects assures you a lifetime product.

Also available in 11 inches and 9 inches.
